This service is for vacant houses that deserve to come to life with a welcoming array of suitable furnishings & decor. We always align the furniture & decor style with what will most elevate the interior space, without “overtaking” attention from the house itself.

The base package includes furniture & decor for an entry and main living area, kitchen & dining areas, either two bedrooms or a bedroom & office (very popular for today’s work from home climate), plus bathroom decor.
Note: Our position is that staging every space in the house is typically not necessary or impactful in most cases, though extra rooms can be added when suitable.
FULL STAGE
For occupied houses, “work with what you’ve got” applies most of the time, and what you actually do with what you’ve got can make a huge difference in showing success. Our role in this instance is to tour the property with the owner/seller, then create & deliver a clear plan for every room in the house in order for the property to shine and show its most beautiful self to potential buyers. By the end of the visit (usually 1-3 hours), the owner/seller will know exactly what to move, reduce, de-clutter, straighten, and clean prior to listing the property. This helps ensure the best chance for potential buyers to see the actual house & fall in love with the property, rather than leaving the showing with uncertainty. REstage helps a house feel roomier, cleaner, and overall more appealing.
